Basic Site Structure

Header or banner is a region of your website that appears at the top of every page. This is a prominent area of your site where you would place important information about yourself or your business.

Navigation Bar is an area of your website that visitors use to move from one page to another. A navigation bar typically appears at the top or on the left-hand side of most websites and contains links to pages within your site or external links to other websites.

Page Content is the main area of your website where you would place most of your content, including text and images. This area can be further organized into rows and columns of information.

Footer is a region of your website that appears at the bottom of every page. This is a good place to put your contact and copyright information as well as to provide secondary navigation options.

Background is the area behind your website. You can use color, images or textures to customize your site background.

Sidebar is different from your navigation bar and provides additional space that can be repeated across multiple pages of your site. This is a good place to put a call to action that you want your visitors to take such as subscribing to your newsletter, for example.
